Real Estate Investments
While facing the challenges raised by the industrial and commercial developments, by competition and the expansion into areas like entertainment and mass media, Carlos Pedro Spadone invested the product of his businesses into real estate. In some cases he did this in partnership with his brother Lorenzo, other times he did alone.
Carlos Pedro Spadone always showed his descendants and the group of professionals that second him in his companies, that real estate opportunities are the best long-term investment. Today, the Spadone Group's assets are composed not only by commercially active companies but also by important properties.
The Spadone Group has real estate investments in Argentina in Lanús, Merlo and Pacheco- province of Buenos Aires-, in the city of Buenos Aires, and in the provinces of La Rioja and Mendoza, as well as in Montevideo and Punta del Este, Uruguay.
Other real estate projects of the Spadone Group are developed by Trelew Center S.A and by El Doradillo S.A. The former owns Estancia Las Mercedes, 1,580 beautiful hectares of woods with cypress trees, coigues and other species, located in Epuyen in the Argentinean province of Chubut. It is 150 kilometers from Bariloche international airport, and only 20 kilometers from the provincial airport of El Bolsón. The property has a private lake, waterfalls and natural beauties which make it ideal for tourists looking for rest, and for the practice of water and mountain sports.
Trelew Center S.A is developing in the city of Trelew since 1995 an important real estate project which includes a big commercial center.
El Doradillo S.A is the company which owns Estancias El Doradillo and La Patricia. The former is a potential tourism area based in the conservation and enjoyment of natural wildlife: the right whale stays in the area between April and November while mating, and returns the following year for the birth of the young. Sea dogs, killer whales and penguins are also found in the region.
El Doradillo farm is 23,346 hectares big and is located 14 kilometers from the city of Puerto Madryn- province of Chubut- and only 10 kilometers from the city´s international airport. The most important border of the farm is a five kilometer bay on the Atlantic Ocean with private access to the beaches.
La Patricia is, on the other hand, a great game preserve- boars, deer, red foxes, hares and quails are the most important species- which is 620 hectares big and is only 14 kilometers from Esquel´s international airport.
